A programme of FREE Carnival Creative workshops sponsored by Lightning Fibre will be held in different venues across Eastbourne – organised to help our Entrants with Costumes and Performance for this years’ Carnival.
Below is a list of what you can book on to for FREE.
All you need to be is a registered entrant for this years Carnival!
